We offer the following shipping options:
- FREE Shipping for orders above 50$ (registered) - Delivery time between 14-28 business days.
- Priority Mail (8$) . Delivery time between 6-14 Business Days
- Express shipping/Fedex Shipping cost will depend on the weight of the package – price shown before checkout. Delivery time between 2-8 business days.
A tracking number will be provided within 48 hours after order is placed (not including the weekend).

Most products are shipped from our main warehouse in Israel, while others ship from our US warehouse if the product is available there for clients who ordered from the US.
All packages shipped from Israel are scanned once they arrive at the sorting center (located in Belgium or USA). While the tracking number is provided beforehand, you might not see any progress until the package is scanned at the sorting center -
Do not be alarmed, this does not mean your package is not on the move!
- Packages shipped to the United states - Will be scanned within 3-5 business days, delivered within 6-10 business days.
- Packages shipped to all other destinations - Will be scanned within 2-4 business days, delivered within 6-10 business days.
- IDS is not responsible for any delays on the courier's end (weather, holidays, strikes and so on)
- All import related fees or requirements are under the customer's sole responsibility.
- Access to tracking information for non-signature items is limited to 90 days by the courier companies. If your package has not arrived during this time, please let us know! We will not be able to assist with a missing package beyond the 90 day period.
SHIPPING PROTECTION- Please note there is an option of adding shipping protection at the checkout.
This additional protection will provide you with a package replacement in case your package is damaged, lost or stolen during transit.

We allow returns up to 30 days after delivery.
If an item received is not what the client has ordered, a photo is required for us to verify it.
If client receives an incomplete package, a photo of the shipping label and the contents is required.
Returning item for the following reasons:
- Unsatisfied with the item (the item received as listed)
- Ordered the wrong size
- wrong item ordered by mistake
*Photo of the item is required and item must be NEW, IN BOX (if came in one) and UN-USED. Items will be shipped back on customer’s expense. We will refund you with the price of the item.
*A 15% Re-stocking fee will be charged on returned items.
*PLEASE NOTE - All MCK products will have 20% Re-stocking fee.
If an item arrived to customer defected, and/or damaged, a photo is required for us to verify the damage. If the claim is found just, we will replace the item. Shipping of the new item will be paid by us (Registered mail shipping only). All return claims must be made not more than 7 days after receipt of the item.
If client wants to exchange to a different product after receiving the order, please keep the product new, unused and in box (if came in one) and send a photo to us and state the reason of the exchange.
ALL returns will be shipped back on customer’s expense.
Once return claim is approved, a return address will be provided and we will need a valid tracking number to verify the return. Once package arrives in that address, that’s the time we will process the refund.

Cancellations must be sent within 24 hours after order is placed, but is not guaranteed unless confirmed by our customer support representative through email.
We recommend creating an account prior placing an order, it will show the real-time status of the order. If it’s still on “processing”, we might be able to cancel. However for those marked as “complete” – chances are tracking number has been issued and package is picked up from our warehouse.
Cancellations are not possible for shipped orders.
If client no longer wants to have the product but is already shipped, we can accept return. Refer to the returns policy above.
Once cancellation is confirmed by our customer support representative, the customer will be refunded. For those who paid via PayPal, the refund will only be refunded through PayPal as well. Those clients who paid using credit card shall need to provide their credit card details once asked by our customer support representative.
