In-transit times are measured in business days.
Please be aware that in-transit times and delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith by our carriers for major destinations. For remote areas or specific countries, delivery times may be extended.
IDS cannot be held responsible for issues related to couriers, such as delays, weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
*Access to tracking information for non-signature items is limited to 90 days by the courier companies. If your package has not arrived during this time, please let us know!
We cannot assist if the missing package is beyond the 90 day period.
In-Stock Inventory, Availability & Backorders
IDS ships products from our US warehouse / Directly from the manufacturer’s facility / From our main warehouse in Israel.
In Stock Orders
All items are in stock and available for shipping. Once an order is processed , you will receive a tracking number.
Weekends and holidays not included (and assuming there are no issues with payment 😉
*Orders are usually processed & handled within 1-4 business days.
*Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Backorders
Partial backorder Orders
If part of your order is on backorder, we reserve the right to split the shipment based on stock availability. We may reach out to offer alternative products if available.
Entire Order on Backorder
We will let you know and ship as soon as the products are available, or offer you an alternative item to shorten your wait time.
Multiple orders
We combine shipping for multiple orders.
Multiple Packages
Because we ship from multiple warehouses, your order may be shipped separately from different locations. On the shipping day, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Extended processing time
In some cases, processing time may be a bit longer due to stock issues, supply chain issues and so on. In such cases Orders will be processed within 4-7 business days (instead of the usual 1-4 business days). If the delay will be any longer than that – we will be in touch with an update.

Returns & Exchanges
All return claims must be made not more than 7 days after the item has been received.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and may be subject to additional shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
If you are returning an order / package due to the following reasons:
- Item received is not what was ordered
- Item arrived defected, and/or damaged
Please send an email to [email protected] containing the following –
Order number, a photo of the damaged/defected item received, and photo of the shipping label. If the claim is found just, we will replace the item. IDS will cover the Shipping of the new item (Regular registered shipping). Or issue a full refund once the item is back.

If you are returning an order / package due to the following reasons:
- Unsatisfied with the item
- Ordered the wrong product, size or compatibility
- Order placed by mistake
- Duplicate Purchase
- Exchange to a different product after receiving the order
Please contact our customer service team by sending us an email with your order number, photo of packaging and received items, stating the reason for the exchange/return.
Please keep the product unused and in the original box/packaging received with order.
Once the return claim is approved, a return address (or RA number) will be provided by IDS.
Package the item securely, along with a copy of the original packing slip or invoice, and ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team within 30 days.
We will need a valid tracking number to verify the return.
We are not responsible for items sent back independently without return confirmation and instructions given by IDS!
Items will be shipped back at customer’s expense. Once the package has been returned, we will issue a refund.
Please note –
- 15% Restocking fee will be charged on returned items.
- 20% MCK restocking fee will be charged on returned MCK items.
- Shipping fees are not refundable
- Clearance items are not refundable
Cancellations
Cancellations must be sent within 24 hours after order is placed to
[email protected]. Cancellation is not guaranteed unless confirmed by our customer support representative through email.
Cancellations are not possible for shipped orders.
Once a cancellation is confirmed by our customer support team, a refund will be processed within 4 business days. The refund will be issued to the customer’s original form of payment.
Lost, Damaged or Refused Packages
IDS is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected packages due to incorrect address details. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process.
IDS is not responsible for shipments refused by the customer.
Once a package has returned we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee, all additional shipping costs, and relevant restocking fees.
Payment will be refunded only AFTER the package has been received back, and/or officially determined lost/damaged by the courier company.
SHIPPING PROTECTION Insurance
We offer optional shipping protection insurance for an additional fee, cost displayed during checkout. The shipping protection is valid for 10 business days after receipt of the package. Claims must be made within that time frame.
This additional protection will cover the cost of the items being shipped, providing package replacement or reimbursement for a range of shipping-related issues, including damage, loss, or theft. You can choose to purchase this extra protection to further safeguard your order – Reimbursement will be issued based on the confirmation from the courier company regarding lost/damaged package. Insurance fee will not be refunded.
*Please note – There is no option of adding insurance to Regular registered shipping!
Customs & Import fees
The recipient of the package is the importer on record and must comply with the destination country’s laws. Import taxes, customs duties & fees may apply upon arrival, and are the recipient responsibility.
Customs fees are non-refundable. Customs policies vary by country, so please consult your local customs office for details. Customs clearance may also cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on legal regulations or carrier limitations. It is the recipient’s responsibility to verify if a product is eligible for shipping to your location. Shipments refused because they contain items that are restricted or prohibited in the country of destination are not eligible for a refund.
Orders refused by customs, will NOT be eligible for refund until the package has returned to IDS warehouses. Once received back at the IDS facility, order will be refunded minus all relevant fees applied../
Warranty
IDS Company is a manufacturer and distributor specializing in tactical, travel, and sports products. All items listed on our website are genuine and sourced from reputable manufacturers. While each product comes with its manufacturer’s warranty, IDS Company extends an additional commitment by providing a minimum one-year warranty on all products.
This means that if a manufacturer’s warranty is less than one year, IDS Company will cover the product for the remainder of the year. If the manufacturer’s warranty exceeds one year, their terms will apply beyond the initial year.
For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and details about the issue. We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and will assist you promptly.
Please note that this warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
