Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free registered shipping (valued at $12.95) for all orders over $199, both within the USA and internationally.
For orders under $199, shipping is just $12.95 for registered mail, or you can choose Priority or Express options for faster delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
USA: Free registered mail takes about 8-16 business days, Priority about 4-12 days, and UPS Express 3-6 days.
International deliveries may take longer depending on your location and the selected shipping service. Most orders arrive within 3–35 business days, and tracking is provided to keep you updated every step of the way.
Can I insure my shipment?
Free registered shipping does not include insurance, and insurance cannot be added to that option.
If you need insurance, we recommend choosing one of the Priority or Express options.
Can I track my order?
Yes – all shipping options come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! If your country is listed at checkout, we can deliver to you.

Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Do I need an import license or special permits for my country?
In most cases, no. However, it’s the customer’s responsibility to check local laws before ordering. Our team can assist with product details if you’re unsure.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy, as long as they are unused and in original packaging.

What if I receive the wrong or defective item?
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, contact us immediately. We will make it right as quickly as possible, either by replacing the item or processing a refund, according to our return policy.

We accept major credit cards, and other secure payment options, such as Sezzel. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

Are your products authentic and made in Israel?
Yes! We only sell original, authentic products, from trusted brands, many of which are manufactured in Israel and used by Israeli defense and security forces.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes, most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (for example, from MEPROLIGHT, FAB, and others).
We stand behind the quality of our products and will assist you with any warranty claims.
