1. General

IDS Loyalty Points Program (the “Program”) is available to registered users of the website. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. IDS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

Points cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash outside of the Program.

2. Earning Points

2.1 Purchases

• Members earn 1 point for every 1 USD spent on eligible purchases.
• Points are earned only on the actual amount paid for products after discounts.
• Points are not earned on shipping costs, taxes, duties, or any additional fees.

2.2 Referral Program

• 10 points are awarded for each referred friend who successfully registers and opens an account.
• 50 points are awarded once the referred friend completes their first verified purchase.
• Referral purchase rewards apply only to the first purchase of each referred friend.

2.3 Birthday Reward

• Members receive 150 bonus points on their birthday.
• To be eligible, the date of birth must be updated in the Account Details section prior to the birthday date.
• Birthday rewards are granted once per calendar year.

2.4 Badges & Tier Progression

Members may earn bonus points by reaching loyalty tiers (“Badges”) based on total accumulated points:

• Recruit Badge (100+ points): earn an additional 50 bonus points
• Operator Badge (250+ points): earn an additional 100 bonus points
• IDS Elite Badge (1000+ points): earn an additional 200 bonus points

Each badge bonus is awarded once per tier, upon reaching the required threshold.

2.5 Product Reviews

• Members earn 50 points for submitting a product review.
• Reviews may only be submitted for products that were purchased by the member.
• IDS reserves the right to reject reviews that do not meet content guidelines.

3. Redeeming Points

• Points may be redeemed during checkout by converting them into a discount on the order.
• Every 20 points equal 1 USD in discount value.
• Points may not be redeemed for cash or used outside the checkout process.
• Points cannot be used on sale or discounted products, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• IDS reserves the right to limit point redemption on certain products or promotions.

4. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

• If an order paid partially or fully with points is refunded, the corresponding amount of points used will be returned to the customer’s account.
• If an order was paid entirely with points and is subject to a restocking fee, shipping fee, or any other applicable fee, only the proportional amount of points will be refunded.
• Points earned from refunded purchases will be deducted from the account.

5. Points Expiration

• All points earned under the Program are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date they are earned.
• Expired points will be automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.

6. Abuse, Misuse & Program Enforcement

IDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, deduct, adjust, or revoke points, suspend point accumulation, or permanently disable a user’s participation in the Program.

Any abuse, manipulation, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate removal from the Loyalty Points Program without prior notice.

7. Changes to the Program

IDS may update or change these Terms & Conditions, earning rules, redemption values, or expiration policies at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
