Description
The DPM Recoil Reduction System for H&K USP Compact 3.58″ and P2000 3.7″ 9MM/40S&W offers advanced recoil management. This innovative system replaces the stock recoil rod without altering your pistol’s configuration for seamless integration.
The kit includes four external springs: two with a 1.0mm wire diameter (long gold-coated set) and two with a 1.1mm wire diameter (short set), each with varying power rates. Two polymer spring retainers (including one spare) are included to replace the factory retainer. The retainer ensures the slide stop functions like the OEM part.
The long 1.0mm springs provide softer recoil rates, while the short 1.1mm springs deliver heavier recoil rates. Power rates are as follows:
Power Rates
Soft Springs (1.0mm, long set):
- Short spring: 3kgs / 6.6lbs
- Long spring: 3.5kgs / 7.7lbs
Heavy Springs (1.1mm, short set):
- Short spring: 3.5kgs / 7.7lbs
- Long spring: 4kgs / 8.8lbs
At slide fully open position, the total power rate is approximately 11.5kgs / 25.3lbs.
