AKML by TDI is a lightweight Lower Aluminum Handguard that is specifically designed for standard AKM stamped receivers. Made from high-grade aviation aluminum, this handguard combines durability with a lightweight design, making it perfect for both heavy-duty use and precise handling. Additionally, the handguard features an MLOK mounting system, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of accessories. On top of that, it includes side QD (Quick Detach) points, providing convenient attachment options for slings or other accessories.
This LOWER ALUMINUM HANDGUARD fits several AK rifle types, including those from Russian, Bulgarian, East German, Egyptian, and Polish manufacturers. Moreover, it offers an easy, no-modification installation with OEM and Ultimak gas tube rails. This makes the handguard a reliable option for those looking to upgrade their AK rifle without needing extensive changes.
However, it’s important to note that the AKML is not compatible with certain models, such as Yugo, Aksu, Krinkov, Vepr, Zastava M70, M92, and M85. Fortunately, alternative models are available for these rifles. Additionally, you can personalize your handguard with up to two lines of custom text, allowing you to make it uniquely yours.
